Section 1
These Terms govern your access to all products, pages, dispatches, and software tools operated by or on behalf of the Godsway Sackey Free Apps.
These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy. For conduct provisions these Terms prevail; for data handling provisions the Privacy Policy prevails.
Section 2
Godsway Sackey Free Apps is a collection of closed-source applications provided for public use, evaluation, and demonstration. It is not a government service and does not imply affiliation with any government, intergovernmental body, or private corporation.
Software status is stated as Blueprint, Preview, or Verified Release. Public availability is not a representation that a blueprint or preview is fit for operational use.
Section 3
Each application is provided under the terms stated for that application. Where notices conflict or no applicable terms are present, do not assume permission beyond viewing and evaluating the published application.
Public availability does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially deploy an application without written authorisation.
Section 4
Software and content are provided as is, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility.
Preview tools should be evaluated with sample or non-sensitive data. Health-related tools are decision-support aids only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Section 5
Do not use these applications for unlawful purposes, malware, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or interference with the security and rights of others. Additional obligations may appear in an application's terms.
Section 6
Questions about these terms, customisation, implementation, or consulting should be directed to Godsway Sackey through the published business contact channel. Mandatory consumer, employment, and data protection rights remain in effect where applicable.
Material changes will be announced via a Dispatch and reflected in an updated effective date.
