Godsway Sackey Free Apps is a collection of closed-source applications provided for public use, evaluation, and demonstration. The collection is maintained by Godsway Sackey.

Our Core Privacy Principle

We are a data-minimalist organisation. The least data we hold, the least harm we can cause.

We do not run site analytics, advertising networks, or data broker services. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Section 3

What We Collect

The landing pages, Manifesto, and Dispatches do not include analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or third-party font and icon requests.

Pages and approved Dispatches are served as static files. We do not operate accounts or an application-data collection endpoint on this main site.

Like any hosted website, requests pass through our hosting provider and necessarily include connection information such as an IP address, request time, requested path, and browser headers. Godsway Sackey does not use that information for behavioral analytics or advertising.

Section 4

Cookies and Local Storage

We do not set tracking cookies. However, to respect user dignity and device autonomy, we utilize strictly localized storage mechanisms that never transmit data to our servers or third parties:

• Local Storage: We store a single value (a11y-large-text) in your browser solely to remember your Assistive Reading mode preference across pages.
• Cache API (Service Worker): After an initial online visit, we cache the main website pages and approved Dispatches locally so they can be read when the network is unavailable.

None of this local data is ever used for tracking, analytics, or device fingerprinting.

Section 5

Your Rights by Jurisdiction

Applicable privacy rights vary by location and context. We aim to honor valid requests for access, correction, deletion, or objection where Godsway Sackey controls relevant personal data.

The preview apps store operational records in the user's browser. Their operators—not this static website—decide what information to enter and must establish an appropriate lawful and ethical basis before using personal or sensitive data.

Section 6

Retention, Security, and Changes

This site is static and served over HTTPS via Cloudflare Pages. Godsway Sackey does not maintain a site user database; infrastructure processing by the hosting provider may still occur as described above.

Policy updates will be reflected with a changed effective date and, for material changes, a Dispatch.
